- Verify Primary and Secondary team members can locate all controlled substances P&Ps
- Train all staff on controlled substances P&Ps
- All staff complete initial and annual controlled substances red flag and corresponding responsibility training.
- Verify primary and secondary team members can locate and confirm all staff training completions
- Verify primary and secondary DEA Audit Readiness Team Members can generate controlled substances reports in the pharmacy management system

- Review the document Regulatory Records Box
- Order or create a Regulatory Records Box in your pharmacy
- Organize all relevant records in the Regulatory Records Box
